A Swim Pod can be family or friends. Sea Love Swim Instructors split the Swim Pod duration between each swimmer for back to back private or semi-private lessons.

Pods are the best option for families with multiple kids or friends who want to pair up to split the cost of private swim lessons.

Can my kids swim together during a Multiple Swimmer Session?

Yes, however this is up to the discretion of your swim instructor and they must be of similar age and swim ability.

When our patient and loving instructor arrives for your first swim pod session he/she will assess each swimmer, and at that time, if you would like to request your swimmers (of like age and ability) to participate in their lesson together, you may.

Please be advised that our instructors reserve the right to say no should they feel individual lessons be more suitable. Also, WE DO NOT PAIR SWIMMERS UNDER THE AGE OF 4 for safety purposes. During Pod sessions NO MORE THAN 2 swimmers may swim together with an instructor at one time.

Multiple Swimmer Bookings

How Do We Register Our Separate Families?

Swim Pods are an excellent choice for group bookings however one person must be the designated leader for communication between Sea Love Swim and their swim pod. This person will register and book their pod via our instant booking platform. When they do so we ask that they list all swimmer names and ages for lessons in the notes section. The pod leader then is responsible for cancelling and rescheduling sessions for the group via their online account which is created at the time of registration. We do not offer partial make - up lessons for individual swimmers who missed their pod session.

Do We Need To File An Extra Swim Lesson Waiver?

When booking a swim pod, all parties automatically agree to our swim lesson waiver and the group leader assumes all liability for the entire registered party (all swim participants) upon registration. Our waiver is under the Terms of Service and a box that must be checked when booking your Multiple Swimmer Service.

What Happens When One Swimmer of the Group Cannot Attend The Pod Session?

All Swim Pod Sessions must last the full duration of the booking as we cannot split a Pod Session into separate instructor visits for make ups or any other reason. If a swimming in your pod cannot make the booked swim session our instructor may simply divide the total Swim Pod booking duration between the swimmers present that day or the group leader may cancel and reschedule the Swim Pod session for when all Pod swimmers can make their individualized lessons within the Pod session.

What Type of Lesson Will My Child Receive in a Pod Session?

During our Swim Pod Sessions we teach private or semi-private swim lessons. Should Pod Swimmers desire to swim together during their lesson they may do so by asking their instructor during the first lesson visit.
